Particles falling under deselected category #40

Hi Warpers, I am trying to pick particles from my recent Krios collection. To my knowledge, I am using the right gain reference file. I flipped the gain reference .mrc file in Y-axis, yet particles fall under DESELECTED category and appears grey (Image attached). My dataset has 7000 tif files. I selected a random 40 tif files, moved to a separate folder along with the reference folder and flipped the reference file in X-axis. Fortunately, it works meaning Warp is picking up my particles and now they fall under PROCESSED category and appears green. However, when I do the same for the entire dataset of 7000 files, it FAILS AGAIN. I am new to Warp, and I am unable to move ahead from here. Any suggestions/advise in this regard will be highly appreciated! Thanks, Abhipsa BioChemistry PhD student City University of New York 22FDAF05-D981-495E-96E7-261507A4BFD3

Hi Jacob, Unfortunately no. I moved to picking particles on cryoSPARC (that went fine), even though I still want to know the reason behind the WARP issue. When I go to "Fourier space" and select "Process only this item's CTF", I see "NO CTF data available yet". Are you able to get any help? -Abhipsa
