Can you check your nightscout endpoint?
type this into your browser, except change ADDRESS with your nightscout address: https://ADDRESS.herokuapp.com/api/v1/entries/sgv.json
Is there any data that shows up or is it blank?

I checked my NS address and it is correct, is there anything else I can check or is this a Fitbit issue?
Thanks for the help

weirdly the bg values on the watch are ok, and then not ok for the next maybe half an hour, and then they appear again, and then barred and grey for 1 hour.. and it goes like this

Ya that string looks alright, the "sgv":142 is your blood sugar reading.
Are you using a device running Android Pie? I am actually having similar problems using my Galaxy s8 since updating OS. You can temporarily bring it back by reseting the watch, holding left button and bottom right button until it flashes.
This is not an ideal solution though. I am trying to play around with it so that it does not do that. But I noticed that other watchfaces, like Glance, are having the same problem.

Yep, running Pie on a Huawei P20 Pro... I figured it would have been more related to the phone connection than the actual watchface, if only by the fact that it does show the right bg value every once in a while, but I reached out to try and see if there was a workaround. Full disclosure I was running the Marclock wf when the issue started so I switched to Glance and then to another (don't remember which). Since all of them did the same thing I went back to Marclock and reached out through Github.
I hope you can figure out a solution. It does turn the whole BG on my watch off, so I'm back to checking BGs on my phone or pump, which is not optimal.
Thanks for the help!!

Try updating the watchface and let me know if it fixes the issue. I overhauled the communication settings of the watchface to hopefully make it more stable.
Hi cramis1! I love the look of this watchface so bad aye! It doesn't show BGLs from either source, Dexcom or NS and even after working out how to get a weather api even that didn't show up on my Fitbit Versa2. It's okay though I'll keep trying. Just wanted to say hi and thanks.
Hi, I get my BG data from Nightscout, but although I can go to the site and info is coming from my loop, the watchface says ??.0 on the BG data and the connection.
I checked my NS address and it is correct, is there anything else I can check or is this a Fitbit issue?
Thanks for the help
Luis
