Design and monitoring

longpower: Compute power and sample size for linear models of longitudinal data. The package is described in Iddi and Donohue (2022) <doi:10.32614/RJ-2022-022>.

Analysis in General

mmrm: Implements mixed models for repeated measures (MMRM), a popular choice for analyzing longitudinal continuous outcomes in randomized clinical trials and beyond.
rbmi: Implements standard and reference based multiple imputation allowing for the imputation of longitudinal datasets using predefined strategies. The package is described in Gower-Page et al (2022) <doi: 10.21105/joss.04251>.
