Added stepmixr to task views Cluster. #13

Could you please spell out the acronyms (BCH, ML, FIML) ? Could you please also add the information that this is an interface for the 'Python' package 'StepMix' and clarify dependencies in this regard?
Maybe also explain what a distal outcome is and how covariates are analyzed in this context.
