@drfuka - any plans to re-submit EcoHydRology? Such a great package.
Howdy Sam! Thanks, it is quite a fun package. We hope to get several of our packages back and pass the updated CRAN requirements in the near future, but for now we don't have any research projects that can support it. When we are working with it, we do a SVN checkout from the R-Forge repository that we have been updating.
svn checkout svn://scm.r-forge.r-project.org/svnroot/ecohydrology/
install.packages(c("ecohydrology/pkg/EcoHydRology/","ecohydrology/pkg/SWATmodel/")

Thanks! The main impetus here is that I need to know if I need to remove this from the Hydrology task view. I'll remove it for now and hopefully remember to add it back in when it comes back on CRAN.
Thanks! Indeed we will remember to add it back when we have the package looking purty again! Thanks again for keeping hydrology flowing! dan

Package EcoHydRology is currently listed in CRAN Task View Hydrology but the package has actually been archived for more than 60 days on CRAN. Often this indicates that the package is currently not sufficiently actively maintained and should be excluded from the task view.
Alternatively, you might also consider reaching out to the authors of the package and encourage (or even help) them to bring the package back to CRAN.
In any case, the situation should be resolved in the next four weeks. If the package does not seem to be brought back to CRAN, please exclude it from the task view.
