The packages hydroTSM and hydroGOF were both resurrected on CRAN by their maintainer Mauricio Zambrano-Bigiarini @hzambran. Given that both used to by core packages in the Hydrology task view until recently (see https://github.com/cran-task-views/Hydrology/commit/0bd7b9d105c34b84b19658aef5b58198960678b5) , it would be great to re-include them here as well.
