March 2022 update #2

This hopefully represents useful progress, but it is a bigger job than I first realised because there are really quite a lot of relevant packages that can be added! I'm happy to work on a further update to pull in more of those, but I will need more time for that, so perhaps this is a worthwhile start.

I haven't messed with the basic format for the time being, but I would suggest a bit of rejigging, such as separating visualisation into its own top-level section and moving the general image processing section so that it's not sandwiched between various modalities.

It may also be worth reconsidering which packages are "core" and coming up with a consistent definition of "core" for this context. For example, "What basic subset of packages would allow you to do some standard analyses in most medical image domains?" But we probably need a more exhaustive directory first.

LGTM. This is a great first effort, Jon.

The oro.pet package is one of mine, I'll push a change that adds it to the PET section.

Achim @zeileis, will this be sufficient to allow an initial release of the task view?
