Date updating and package sequence per section #4

Don't forget to update the date at the top of a Task View when changing or updating the task view through pull requests. Note that is important for differentiating between different versions of the Task View!

Also please note that I have tried, within a section, to put packages near to each other if they have some features or functionalities in common -- and to place important packages higher up within a section. I am afraid this may not be obvious. If you both think it will be more natural to add new packages at the end of a section, we can of course decide to do so.

Thanks for pointing out the importance of the date update.

As to package order, personally I did not expect any particular order. So if you decide that such or such package is more important/relevant than the other, it won't "hurt" me.

@sgsokol You are right, ordering packages regarding relevance or quality is not okay. It would be subjective, disappointing, and demotivating for package authors, and would require reassessing all packages every half year or so.

Within one (sub)section I tried to place packages near each other that seemed to have similar goals or functions. I'll give up that habit, so put recommended packages where you want, I will not move them someplace else.
