Corrected a tiny grammatical error in the description of ubiquity.

In addition, I would be thankful if you can add me as a co-maintainer of the CRAN Task View.

Thanks! Can you please check the ubiquity package to see if the typo is there, too? (I usually copy text from the original package to give the description here.)

Can you please make a separate PR to add your name as a maintainer and remove the call for maintainers?
