adding images to .md #2

Achim @zeileis, do you think that with the .md we could use an image in the img folder, call it in the .md and not have to use base64? Would the ctv2html("Tracking.md") convert to a self contained html?

For now please keep the Base64-encoded image in the .md. This facilitates greatly the workflow on CRAN.
