Additional information

Briefly, can you describe the purpose of this package and how it fits into the Tracking CTV? The description answers this: The pathroutr package aims to provide a set of tools for routing marine animal tracks around land barriers based on the shortest path through a visibility graph network. The foundation of the package is a graph network created from a Delaunay Triangle mesh created from the vertices of land polygons within the study area. Any network edges that cross or fall completely within the land (barrier) polygons are removed.

In terms of the tracking workflow (see Figure in the CTV), where does the package fit? (Feel free to mention any particular functions and how they fit as well.) In path reconstruction we could add it as tools for re-routing when there are barriers.

@basille it seems that the checks were skipped for this one. Should we do it independently for this package? What about using check with devtools?
