Briefly, can you describe the purpose of this package and how it fits into the Tracking CTV? The RSP toolkit is a method for analysing the fine scale movements of aquatic animals tracked with passive acoustic telemetry in estuarine environments, that accounts for the surrounding land masses. The animal movements between detections are recreated to have occurred exclusively in water and the utilisation distribution areas are limited by the land contours, providing realistic estimations of space use.

In terms of the tracking workflow (see Figure in the CTV), where does the package fit? (Feel free to mention any particular functions and how they fit as well.) The vignettes seemed made to be used with data that does not come with the package, so I can't really follow them. According to the README in the repo, the package would fit under:

• Post-processing: Refining the shortest paths in water between consecutive acoustic detections
• Home range: Calculating utilization distribution areas using dynamic Brownian Bridge Movement Models (dBBMM) and Calculating the overlaps between different biological groups monitored

Actually no. @basille there's a problem with this one. While in Tracking_tbl.csv we added it as a github package, our script automatically looked for a CRAN package with the same name (it exists) and interpreted it as the same package. So we didn't actually run the test here.
