Additional information

Briefly, can you describe the purpose of this package and how it fits into the Tracking CTV? It processes VMS and AIS data, which are tracking data

In terms of the tracking workflow (see Figure in the CTV), where does the package fit? (Feel free to mention any particular functions and how they fit as well.) It won't pass check tests since it imports from packages that are not available on CRAN. It has a few post processing tools to convert units from knots to kmh, sexagesimal to decimal latitudes, and many gui functions that I cannot try, therefore cannot comment on that.
