Why was the package removed?

No longer on CRAN

Archived on 2022-12-12 as requires archived package 'trip'.
Package removed because dependency trip not available; however trip has been reinstated on CRAN since then.
Announcement on the Tracking CTV repository.
Issue opened on foieGras/aniMotum repository.

Package foieGras has been replaced by aniMotum on R-universe. foieGras itself will stay archived on CRAN, and there are no current plan to add aniMotum to CRAN.

Now skipped from the list (skip = T in checks/Tracking_tbl.csv).
