Connected matrix #1

For the code to be stable, the matrix of scenarios available need to be connected (i.e. each GCM should be linked to another by a common RCM and this links should allow the connection of all GCMs in a single entity). A test and associated error if the proposed matrix is not connected could be convenient. Alix
