R 3.5.1 wsf file cannot be found even in example #2

Hey! I am facing a problem, where wscript is not able to locate wsf file.. the location seems fine but somehow it does not read the file.. I tried @georgemirandajr (https://github.com/ficonsulting/RInno/issues/42) way but it didn't help, i still keep getting the same error.

Upon further investigation I found that no "regpaths.json" is created, thus the error crops up..

I have tried this on a different machine as well, but it is still giving the same error. In fact, it doesn't even work with example provided in the package.
