IntegrateLayers() with scVIIntegration method ERROR #2

Hi!

I have tried intergating with scVI method following indications in https://satijalab.org/seurat/articles/seurat5_integration. I am trying to integrate 21 samples together to remove batch effect among all of them. This is the error I am getting:

Any idea how to solve this?

In addition, I wanted to ask why I get the warning that only one layer will be used.
