event and censor at same day in data processing step #1
I am a statistician and ran into a question when I used your package of ipcwswtich.
I reran the sample code of SHIdat and got the same results as your paper in 2019[1]. But when I further looked into the data processing steps, I noticed some data processing seems not consistent with the paper and the help doc.
More specifically, the SHIlong2 from cens.ipw(), in the last row of id=6, both event and cens are 1. Is this correct?
Back to the SHIlong before cens.ipw(), subject 6's event was at 500 days, and crossover treatment at 127 days. It seems should be cenored at the treatment crossover date, according to the paper[1].
Subject 4, whose event was at 156 days and crossover at 30 days, has event=0 and cens=1 in SHIlong2, looks exactly following the paper.
If I misunderstood some key steps, please kindly let me know.
I am very appreciative of your work on the development of the package of ipcwswtich. Looking forward to your kind help and feedback soon.
