In the most optimistic scenario, there is a great need for treatment providers, including operators of systems, dealing with patients, treating patients, triage, etc. The average level of skill will be ging down fast as crisis deepens. what is needed is an education system:

  1. at least part of the system should be online
  2. supports self-paced learning, videos, tests and step-by-step tutorials.
  3. linked with actual hands-on experience and workshop.
  4. differentially available to medical personnel and beginners (e.g., students, soldiers)
  5. include a simple process of extracting education material form medical personnel, who are otherwise needed at the front line
  6. include a continuing education component whereby such trainees can be updated regarding critical change sin what they learned
  7. linked with the actual work being done by people trained using the system
