what does disease prognosis look like, especially what downward spiral looks like, potentially we can triage (using a predictive AI system) and send "slow decline" to other treatment. Old people seem to decline fast – 24-72 hours. Also, identifying stages may help inflection points where it pays to apply more resources. what i have seen so far is statistical aggregates of test cases, not a set of individual records suitable for machine processing.
