when a team member is discovered to have been previously infected, all his contacts are put in isolation. What is needed is a scheduling system which sets up personnel schedules so that the number of infected co-workers is minimized, while still allowing some flexibility in rescheduling. a secondary problem is with hospital experts which come to consult on cases, and also stand the risk of being sent to isolation, potentially robbing the hospital of that specialty.
