patients at home or hotels need to be monitored in a minimal manner which indicates when they need to be taken to hospital. possibly some sort of simple detector of a type used for CHF (but not plain weight) can be used to detect fluid in lungs. additional potential indicators include: saturation, pulse rate, respiration rate and depth & a dyspnea questionnaire
