Patients with breathing problems, covid-related or not, can often be treated using non-invasive means, such as positive pressure and nebulizers. however, use of such systems creates a severe infection hazard due to the creation of an aerosol and forced flow past infected mucal members. this means that covid-patients are preferentially treated using mechanical ventilation and they and other patients are under treated. In order to allow solutions intermediate medication and ventilation to be used by medical staff, there is a need to prevent various mask-based solution from creating an infectious aerosol. what is needed is a head gear which fits over a patient and:

  1. does not cause panic in patients, including children
  2. prevents all generated aerosol from exiting the gear except through a decontamination unit
  3. comfortable enough to weak for 30 minutes - 4 hours.
