Move the canvas code over to begin refactoring #8

To begin the refactoring process we can start with the canvas code in /src/archiv/canvas, this way we can get it going in the browser first and rendering correctly using a 2d canvas context, then add the web-gl and trilithium (?) support.

So, need to just move all of /src/archive/canvas -> /src as a starting point...

we've moved stuff over, and we're working on refactoring to get it running now so will close.
