if chalk marks fail to build for whatever reason such as falling back in docker build, it doesnt send _CHALKS as a result any information about repos is missing.
we should add a field _ORIGIN_URI which will allow to send on host report level from where the report is being sent from so that it can be associated with repos better on the api side
