For the con4m part of the library, API calls now have a c4m_ prefix (hatrack uses a few prefixes, I did not collapse these down).
Also, our headers all all referenced via "".
Some constants and extern variables are migrated, but most data types are not, and I am not going to come back to that for at least a few days; this was bad on my wrists :)
I rebased off of main, but I guess I mis-picked something, because it's telling me this won't be a clean merge :(
