i tested the pr #57 on CSGO with my player demo and SourceTV demo, those vel are in follow	player	SourceTV
dynamic	0

this doesn't happen on CSS!

~~btw it seems to have to solve this: https://github.com/crashfort/SourceDemoRender/pull/57#issuecomment-993100364~~ should replace get_player_by_idx with get_entity_by_idx ?
