Describe the bug
I think this is a bug with Operator but I need to monitor my server so i can't just deop myself I can't play in survival with this bug. Opening a container either it be a chest furnace or someone's inventory just as long as it's a gui it maxes out the current enchants on any enchantment on any items that have at least 1 enchant on the item.
Update whilst checking out what's going on.
Picking up dropped enchanted items become maxed out too e.g sharpness 1 becomes sharpness 6

Fixes:
Fix for vanish listener causing strange effects on reload
Fix for ChestLoot containing more enchantments than it should" Has fixed the last bug which was it would enchant every enchantment in the entire game+ all the custom ones even when they were disabled (curse of lag) and break the server so players couldn't join.
Enchant an enchantable item or just find one (Just as long as it's enchanted it'd work)
Open up a gui (furnace, crafting table, enchantment table)

Alternative Ways
-Pick up an enchantment from the floor and it'd do the same result
-Have a sharpness 1 in inventory leave the game and join back and arrive to a sharpness 6
