Describe the bug I cannot enchant items with the Flash command anymore. I had an item that was enchanted with it, I can see the enchantment on the item but it does not function.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to /enchant
Doesn't work
Click on block with previously enchanted item
No lights or effects
Live in darkness
Expected behavior Enchantment is registered as Real and the item becomes enchanted and places light blocks
