Pickaxe disappearing in anvil GUI #90

Describe the bug When I take my pickaxe out of the anvil before repairing/combining it disappears

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Right-click anvil to open
  2. Click on pickaxe to go in the slot
  3. Click on pickaxe again to take out of the anvil
  4. Pickaxe is gone and disappears

Expected behavior Put pickaxe in anvil and be able to take it back out
