Although all dependencies are met (Checked with the downloaded version of libjingle) the configure script from svn is not working #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ./configure

Expected : ./configure completes with no errors

We no longer use autoconf.  Please try the new code with hammer (swtoolkit).
