This MR creates a "Remove from winner" checkbox, which automatically decrements one entry from winner.

TODO:

[ ] make it persistent. One solution would be to use localStorage to make it persistent between loads, Or use Vuex to make it only persist in a current session (see KarolisBreidokas/a-giveaway-website:vuex_setup)
