There are two kcov efforts

This is a tracking issue for discussions to consolidate efforts under the name cargo-kcov and move development here.

FYI there's also the tarpaulin project which implements similar code coverage tooling for Rust projects: https://github.com/xd009642/tarpaulin

Yup, my focus atm was starting with where (some of us) are at and then look further into alternatives like that. This is also why I am encouraging less broad names than "cargo coverage" and more mechanism focused names like "cargo kcov".
