Rework Cloud Documentation #33

Summary of the changes / Why this is an improvement

Just a first step, but small enough to get it out quickly.

Adding Quickstart section as short way from sign up to cluster deployment
Adding Tutorials section with 3 tutorials for beginners (Time-series, Object, Full-Text)
Hiding "Free Trial" (no focus, will remove when credits are removed)
Hiding "Scale" (outdated and no real added value over cloud console)
Hiding "Deploy" (confusing navigation / user journey, will replace with separate Marketplace guides)

Open Points:

[ ] move data sets to a public S3 bucket
