Merge Cloud Tutorials with new Guides section #68

About

While the Tutorials (https://cratedb.com/docs/cloud/en/latest/tutorials/index.html) articles in cloud docs are great content, they are not really Cloud specific. Moving them to the new Guide (https://cratedb.com/docs/guide/) section sounds more reasonable. https://cratedb.com/docs/cloud/en/latest/tutorials/index.html -> https://cratedb.com/docs/guide/
