Remove visual cross designation on all non-official client adapters #21

Hi there,

I feel the red crosses on [1] are a bit too visually disturbing and might signal danger. At least, it does to my eyes. Instead, it should just signal that CrateDB does not offer official support. I believe having just checkmarks for all adapters with official support is more than sufficient.
