Clean up list of outdated drivers #23

Hi there,

while working on giving the list of client drivers some refresh, I would like to ask whether we maybe should remove some of the apparently outdated ones, like

After GH-33 will be integrated, the drivers referenced above will not make it into the curated and presented list of drivers. However, they are still present on the »[Legacy] CrateDB Clients and Tools« page.
