Rename all references to crate.io to cratedb.com, where applicable. Also, use https:// everywhere where http:// has been used before.

I've changed two links:

https://sphinx-doc.org/ didn't work so I changed it to https://www.sphinx-doc.org/

The link to the product on our website is now https://cratedb.com/product

I was careless and destroyed your commit, @michaelkremmel. Apologies. I've restored potential improvements into 404a55c0a73c2 now, can you check if it includes everything you meant to?
