Hot backup #43

Can i use this tool for hot backup?

Coming from Oracle background, which provides this functionality thought to check if i can do the same using this plug in?

As of now my understanding is - I can backup the data but in case the Cluster is ACTIVE, i will be losing the changes as they are made when the backup is running. Is that correct?
