Mobile Navigation Overlay:

(AirBNB mobile navigation for reference)

Requirements:

Create a mobile navigation overlay that can be toggled on / off by passing it a boolean
Give it some kind of animation by default and ideally make it configurable if possible
It should accept children as a prop to render the contents
