Fix buildability on SBCL >= 2.0.9 #81

SBCL 2.0.9 no longer handles SIGPIPE internally, so we can skip installing SBCL's handler back (there is no one now). Can you check if my patch works for older SBCL versions, and merge it if so?

I can confirm this works on SBCL 2.0.10, is there anything blocking this aside from more testing required?
