Let new users know that project is no longer in active development by making it clear in Readme.md file.

+1 I would love to see this project back in development, but while it isn't, you could provide a great service to the users and potential visitors by leaving a clear message about the current state.

I have further updated the readme with the Nicks response from Crater Server and fixed a typo in the title.

@mohitpanjwani please merge if project is no longer in maintenance. I have allowed edit by maintainers so you can change the readme message but this must be made public, so people know Crater is not in active dev.
