Option to migrate data from Akaunting backup #1270

Do you have an option to migrate data from Akaunting into your app? I get back up but can't restore it into Akaunting self-hosted version. And want to give up on them and move all data into your system if there is any option for it? To not need to type it again :(

no unfortunately there isn't any way to export or import data to crater, not that I would recommend it anyway since the project is dead.

On a personal note, I've used Akauning myself and understand your pain, the project recently went from Open Source to Source Available license meaning you must purchase a license. All prior commits made by other people have been relicensed which is also illegal, when I approached them about it on their issues page, they have blocked me and removed the issue so this isn't a project I would support anymore.

my best recommendation is to find a freemium accounting solution that works specifically for your country. You'll get more features and can be sure that the data is safe.
