WIP: Use Manager instead of Storage. #360

This is how I imagine things. The problem it solves is that there is no need flow to be stored in same way in different stores.

If you like it - i will continue in that direction.

Coverage decreased (-19.9%) to 79.803% when pulling 574ec15cb5179758afa6a41271a7845c1f15cb80 on Warxcell:refactor into 3892860bc6f287f6677edd4ec19d19c47c25841f on craue:master.
