Sideloading datasets without intermediary conversion of inhibtor/probes names to numeric id's should be possible. Script should take a name, check via API if that name exists, add it if it doesn't and get back the ID for uploading purposes.
A separate script for single datasets should also exist that just prompts the user for all of the necessary details. Like filling out a form but on the CLI.
