In the plugin setup for help icon under the Bing API Settings the following is displayed:
Ключ API — это уникальный идентификатор, который используется для аутентификации запросов API.
Ключ для доступа к API Bing можно получить через панель Bing Webmaster Tools в разделе Настройки -> Доступ по API -> Ключ API.
Предупреждение: Не давайте ключ API третьим лицам или тем, кому не доверяете.
Correct RU -> EN translation:
An API key is a unique identifier that is used to authenticate API requests.
The Bing API key can be obtained through the Bing Webmaster Tools panel under Settings -> API Access -> API Key.
Warning: Do not give the API key to third parties or those you do not trust.
