This is mostly done, though slightly differently. Winning user can go to /iwon and upload a picture. This will be put on the front page as a post.

TODOs

right now it will let the winner upload and make numerous posts. Need to replace instead of append.
work out system to let user know that they've won. probably when results are finalized, send an email.
maybe better handling to verify user actually submitting image and not something else?
