Unable update armor/weapons after adding after v0.7.5 upgrade #21

In v0.7.5, weapons, armor, gear, and feats/special ability records were added via a dialog & then the corresponding section gets reloaded. Unfortunately, after the section is reloaded, there are no longer any events associated with it, so they aren't marked as dirty (and therefore changes are ignored).

Fixed in 0.7.6+: problem was that events weren't bound to the sections that were reloaded.
