Should have some ability to declare that they're adding X skills to their character sheet: click a button to type the number in, then have a plus and minus button beside all their skills, with the plus disappearing once they've reached the maximum. The system needs to account for having to burn two skill points for cross-class skills. It should work so that they can click the button and allow removal of all points, so they can adjust (i.e. they made an error, and want to adjust things).
