Page Layout in Safari #50

The screenshot below was taken with an iPad. The problem is with some overlapping fields in Safari, such as the "+" and "=" in the Saving Throws and Melee/Ranged areas.

Once some newer frameworks would likely resolve this, such as Bootstrap. The underlying CSS/JS of the site needs to be redone anyway, so this will likely resolve itself. Marking as completed for now; it can be re-opened if re-emerges.
